What this covers
- Internal web apps for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets, whiteboards and email threads: check-in and check-out, order and load tracking, shipping coordination.
- Dashboards and reporting that pull from the systems you already run, like the downtime and production tracking built for Greater Omaha Packing.
- Multi-tenant platforms where each organization's data stays private, with per-organization feature switches for gradual rollout, like the AI knowledge platform for a field-services team.
- Login-based web apps for customers or members. Two of our own, istheinternetokay.com and kuruus.com, run on the same stack we build client work on.
- APIs and data pipelines so the new app reads from and writes to the rest of your systems instead of becoming one more silo. See integrations.
Usually a good fit when
- A process your business depends on lives in spreadsheets and in the heads of one or two people.
- Off-the-shelf software covers most of the job, and the part it misses is the part that makes your business different.
- You'd rather own the code and the data than rent them by the seat.
The stack
Most builds are Django and Python on PostgreSQL, deployed to DigitalOcean and kept running under cloud infrastructure or managed IT. It's a proven, well-documented stack, chosen so the app stays easy to host and maintain long after launch.
