QR codes encode redundancy so they still scan when partially obscured. Higher error correction = larger QR for the same text, but more resilience to damage, glare, or logo overlays.

  • Use H (high) if you plan to put a logo or design over the middle of the code.
  • Use M (medium) for most posters, business cards, and on-screen sharing.
  • Pixel size just controls how large each module renders in the output PNG. Bigger pixels = bigger file, sharper print.

Privacy: everything happens in your browser. The QR library is loaded once from a CDN, then your text is encoded locally.
